Pålidelig kilde afslører: Sex and the City vender tilbage med nye afsnit

Rygterne har floreret længe, og de er også tidligere blevet skudt ned af Sex and the City-skuespillerne selv, men nu er der altså kog i gryden igen.

Ifølge det amerikanske medie Page Six har en ”velinformeret kilde” nemlig lige afsløret, at Sex and the City vender tilbage med nye afsnit.

Kilden fortæller, at successerien vender tilbage til HBO med en begrænset mængde afsnit, og det er endda også kommet frem, hvem af de fire veninder, der er ’in on it’.

Sarah Jessica Parker (aka. Carrie Bradshaw), Kristin Davis (aka. Charlotte York) og Cynthia Nixon (aka. Miranda Hobbes) vender alle tilbage på skærmen, mens den sidste slyngveninde Kim Cattrall (aka. Samantha Jones) ikke overraskende har takket nej.

Det er efterhånden ingen hemmelighed, at Kim Cattrall og Sarah Jessica Parker – aka. Samantha Jones og Carrie Bradshaw – ikke er de bedste veninder i virkeligheden.

Selvom de, på en særdeles overbevisende måde, spillede BFFs i successerien Sex and the City – endda igennem hele seks sæsoner og de efterfølgende to film – så er realiteten desværre en ganske anden.

Sarah Jessica Parker, der også var producer på HBO-serien, har dog tidligere udtrykt sin interesse for at vende tilbage til rollen som Carrie og lave en række nye episoder af Sex and the City.

”But I wouldn’t call it a reboot, I would call it a revisit,” har hun fortalt, og nu lader det altså til, at det bliver til virkelighed.
